Tasting notes
Our 2023 Riesling shows great aromatics that balance between the classic “petrol” of a Riesling along with light green apple. The palate features strong acidity and a viscous mouthfeel, and finishes with a balanced sweetness. The wine is considered “off-dry” with 12 g/L residual sugar.
