5-course Wine Production Dinner with Chef Eric Vollono - Boulder Tasting Room

Our Wine Paired Dinner Series continues as we welcome Chef Eric Vollono. With experience at Michelin-starred restaurants and with James Beard Award-winning chefs, Chef Eric has crafted a unique and exciting menu to enjoy among our barrels. Each course is beautifully paired with Bookcliff wines, creating an experience unlike any other. Tickets are $110 per person and include wine pairings, a five-course dinner, and a few surprises along the way. Must be 21+ to participate, and dietary accommodations can be arranged in advance.
