If you love sparkling wine but are mystified by how those tiny bubbles actually make their way into a bottle, come learn a little more with us. We will be sampling three varieties of sparkling wine while learning more about methods and varieties to contribute to one of the most popular wines in the world. Ticket includes the tasting as well as a presentation regarding the essentials in making sparkling wine. Must be 21+ to participate.
