Friday Flights: Wine & Chocolate, A Love Story

One of the most famous love stories is the pairing of chocolate and wine. Join us in our Boulder Tasting Room to discover why these two are truly a match made in heaven.

Enjoy five different wines alongside a curated selection of locally made chocolates as you explore how various styles of chocolate complement wines from our vineyards. You’ll learn what makes each pairing shine and why certain combinations work so beautifully together.

Guests must be 21+ to attend. Your ticket includes the guided tasting, chocolate pairings, and the class. Tickets are not required, but are highly encouraged — our Friday Flights Classes frequently sell out!

Friday Flights is a monthly, immersive wine education experience that takes participants on a global journey through renowned wine regions, diverse winemaking techniques, and unique grape varieties—one glass at a time. Each Friday, we spotlight a different region, production method, or varietal, guided by expert-led tastings, in-depth presentations, and interactive Q&A sessions.

Palisade Charcuterie Class with Nibbles & Sips

Nibbles & Sips joins us for a Valentine’s Day class so that you can learn how to craft a beautiful board along with your favorite person. The class includes instruction, your board to take home with you, and a glass of wine. $70 per person, tickets required, very limited space, must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol.

Valentine's Day Dinner - Boulder Tasting Room

Acclaimed Chef Colton Wagner returns to create an amazing Valentine’s Day menu for you to enjoy with your favorite date! Colton was voted the Best Private Chef in Boulder in 2025 - and his food certainly shows it. This elevated menu is sure to impress - especially when paired with our award-winning wines! Tables are available in bookings of 2 for this special evening.
