Touch of Red
Tasting notes
Our A Touch of Red is a still, sweet red wine made with 100% Colorado-grown grapes. Our process is to save all the saignee juice from our red ferments and ferment it to dryness. We also press Merlot grapes into juice to save in order to back-sweeten the final wine. Aromatics showcase ripe red plums and blackberry pie and the palate is viscous with jammy fruit as well as a long, sweet finish. Residual sugar is 80 g/L.
