Tasting notes
Each vintage, we set out to produce our Malbec in a way that highlights the wonderful fruit bouquet that Colorado grown Malbec offers. The aromatics burst with blackberry, and the palate features bright acidity to balance with the intense, fruit-forward body. Our 2023 Malbec features only stainless-steel aging and minimal neutral oak aging, and was bottled just 10 months after vinting - all to produce a bright, expressive wine.
