Sourced entirely from our premier, Hawkridge Vineyard, this Cabernet opens with balanced aromatics of robust pie cherry, green pepper, and an earthy graphite undertone. The palate is decadent, with plush fruit, aggressive tannin, and a finish that persists with heavy notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee from the elevated usage of new French oak barrels. This wine is built to both age well, as well as be consumed young for those who enjoy powerful reds or have the patience to decant the wine for a couple hours.
