Chardonnay - 2023
Tasting notes
Our 2022 Chardonnay’s golden hue hints towards what is to come: aromatics of baked apple pie, brown sugar, and a hint of toasted oak. The palate is weighty, with toasted oak, slight butter, and a finish with a touch of acidity to help balance an otherwise medium-plus bodied white wine. The 2022 Chardonnay underwent 100% malolactic fermentation, and was aged in stainless steel for six months, with new French oak staves included for 4 weeks.
