Made in the popular Provence style, this is a light salmon colored Rose made to feature crisp, racy acidity and light, natural fruit flavors and aromatics from a red grape picked early and pressed immediately for fermentation. The aromatics and palate feature strawberry and raspberry, but the star is the aforementioned racy acidity that leads to a refreshing finish. The wine of every summer patio.
