Colorado Wine Paired Dinner Featuring Chill Switch Wines

Join us for an amazing 5-course Wine Paired Dinner among our barrels, highlighting our beautiful state of Colorado. We are bringing in our friends Chef Colton Wagner, originally from Durango, who prioritizes using local CO ingredients, and another stellar winery, Chill Switch Wines with Dave Aschwanden out of Cedaredge on the Western Slope. We will be pairing our wines together to showcase what CO wine can truly offer side by side with Chef Colton's outstanding food.
