Tectonic Sparkling Rose
Tasting notes
Produced in the charmat method, where a secondary ferment occurs in a tank and the wine is then bottled under pressure. The aromatics feature a nice balance of subtle fruit and secondary flavors of brioche and a slight nuttiness. The palate has a full compliment of bubbles, balanced well with fresh acidity and flavors that mirror the aromatics. Dosage of 4.5 g/L of residual sugar to help round out the finish and balance the high acidity. A great wine to enjoy on a warm summer afternoon!
