Moscato
Tasting notes
Our Moscato is a still sweet white wine made with 100% Colorado-grown Muscat Blanc grapes. Our process is to ferment a portion of the Muscat Blanc juice to dryness, but also save a portion of juice in order to back-sweeten the final wine. Aromatics showcase bursting tropical fruit and the palate is viscous with more tropical fruit as well as a long, sweet finish. Residual sugar is 60 g/L.
