Tasting notes
Graciano grows exceptionally well in Colorado and always highlights its vibrant varietal characteristics. Our 2022 edition is no exception, showcasing bright aromatics of ground peppercorn and eucalyptus. The palate is lean and bright, with nice acidity, punchy fruit, and medium tannin. Despite being a more lean, medium bodied red wine, the Graciano still pairs excellently with food as the peppery aromatics roll into the palate and provide a nice secondary flavor, especially along with rich proteins.
