Tasting notes
Our 2022 Cabernet Franc stays true to form, with fruit-forward aromatics and peppery notes layered in. The palate is medium bodied, with nice acidity and medium tannin, highlighting bright raspberries, red current, and some hints of green bell pepper. Less usage of new oak leads to a clean, bright finish that makes this a crisp, refreshing red wine to enjoy on a warm Colorado day.
