Tasting notes
Our 2019 Late Harvest Muscat Blanc is a white dessert wine. The Late Harvest wine was assembled with dry Muscat Blanc base wine, juice from Muscat Blanc grapes allowed to dehydrate and become overripe in the vineyard, in our case, 29.5 Brix, and then fortified with distilled liquor made from Muscat Blanc grapes. The aromatics blend tropical fruits typical of Muscat Blanc along with golden crisp apples and pie crust. The palate is viscous and warming, with baked apple pie and a long, sweet finish.
