Mozzarella Making Class
Truffle Cheese Shop joins us to help you learn how to create your own mozzarella. You'll learn about the history of the cheese and create a 1/2 lb mozzarella ball to take home! Tickets are $50 per guest and include supplies, instruction, and a glass of wine! Event is from 3pm to 5pm. Must be 21+ to attend. Contact winery@bookcliffvineyards.com with any questions.
