Tasting notes
Our 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with blackcurrant and blackberry, along with hints of vanilla and baking spices from the inclusion of 10% new American and 10% New French oak during aging. The palate features bright acidity to compliment this fruit-forward Cabernet and lingers with plenty of fine-grained tannin and a medium bodied finish that is balanced between darker secondary flavors from barrel aging and the brighter fruit from the palate. Overall, a lighter Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a versatile wine that is great both with food or enjoyed as a glass on its own.
